As the parent/guardian of the applicant, I agree to the application submission to the University of Maryland's Physics Summer Girls Program. It is understood that she will attend the entire two-week program. I will provide transportation to and from the campus each day through the duration of the program. Please note this is NOT a residential program. If this presents a problem for me, I will cooperate with the program's efforts to obtain transportation. This might include carpooling or public transportation.
