This form will be used as a pre-registration tool for the Saturday, April 28, 2012 Targeted Teacher Recruitment Fair to be held at Dr. Henry A. Wise High School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Please understand that completion of this form does not confirm your participation. A thorough review of your responses will be conducted, and based on system needs a determination will be made as to your participation at this event.
