Section 504 Grievance Form
When parents disagree with the decisions of the Section 504 Team, they have the right to file a written grievance with the Prince George's County Public Schools' Section 504 Coordinator. Filing a grievance is the first step in the appeal/complaint process. Upon receipt of the grievance, the Section 504 Coordinator will contact the parent and schedule a meeting.
