Board of Education Public Comment Registration Form
The Board of Education welcomes members of the public to speak at its public board meetings and hearings regarding meeting agenda items and on education in general. Please complete this form in order to speak at any Board meeting. The Board will allot 3-minute time slots for 15 registered speakers. Registrants are taken on a first-come, first-served basis starting four business days prior to the scheduled meeting (at 5:00PM) up until 2 1/2 hours prior to the meeting's scheduled start time.

YOU MUST SPEAK ON THE TOPIC FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN REGISTERED. The Board will not address the comments. At the sound of the buzzer, you may complete that sentence only. You are asked to use titles rather than names – for example: Board Member, CEO, Executive Director, etc. and refrain from using any vulgar and/or inappropriate language and/or making personal attacks against PGCPS staff or Board members.

Your adherence to these guidelines will enable the public comment process to move smoothly. If you do not adhere to these guidelines, you may relinquish your privilege to speak at future board meetings or public hearings.
