A completed PEAB Information Form AND completed Standard 1 Annual reports (P1 Meeting Table and P2 Recommendation Table) are required to determine eligibility for annual allocations. Eligible recipients will be notified when funds are available through iGrants.
WAC 181-78A-209 identifies minimum membership criteria. PEAB funding is based on a maximum 12 voting member board.

PEAB Fiscal Agent/Budget Coordinator name and contact information. (If different from PEAB Administrator or Assistant.) This is the institution employee responsible for maintaining PEAB budget records.
