Bruce Carter Retirement Dinner
The Society will be hosting a retirement dinner for Bruce Carter on Friday April 29th at the famed Marines Memorial Club and Hotel in San Fransisco. The event will be held in the Regimental Room. Plan on arriving at 6:15 with cocktails being served at 6:30 and the first course being served at 7:15. The three course meal will consist of the following:
First course: a salad of mixed Baby Greens and Romaine with Roasted Red Peppers, Red Onions, Crumbled Feta Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette;
Second course, a choice of one:
o Breast of Sonoma Chicken; Mary’s Natural Chicken Breast cooked with Artichokes, Roasted Tomatoes, Gigande Beans, over wilted Greens, topped with a Truffle Aioli; or,
o Filet Mignon, topped with wild Mushroom Duxelle, Bordelaise Sauce, Potatoes au Gratin, and Julienne Vegetables;
Dessert course of Chocolate and Hazelnut Marquise.
Complete all fields and submit. An invoice will be sent to you the week of April 14th. All invoices will be paid via our PayPal Account.
