Getting Involved with the 2012 Haunted Hayride!

Thanks so much for wanting to help us help our Kids and the Aggie. Please complete this information form so we can get an idea how you would like to help us! Many hands makes for light work and a fun time! Aggie Students may assist their parents if they want and are not part of their own Hayride Activity.

We all need to have CORI Forms submitted this year at Ms.Czyrklis' request. Please contact Jenn Pitts, Administrative Assistant for the Superintendent by emailing her at jpitts@norfolkaggie.org at the Aggie Office for your CORI Form if you have not done so yet. Please do this as soon as you can since it is taking a bit longer to have the CORI completed at this time of year. Please complete as much of the form as you can to eliminate delays. Your position is Parent Volunteer. Please place the CORI Form and the copy of your driver's license (refer to the form) in a sealed envelope addressed to Jenn Pitts / CORI FORM and send it to school with your student so they can drop it off in the main office for Jenn.

We'll need people to help us Sell Glow Necklaces, load and unload hay wagons, prepare snacks and hot chocolate, sign in and sign out kids, be part of the Parent Network Haunted Site, or be a floater and help where needed, Help Chaperone the Kids in the Woods (Need a Cori Check Prior to being in the Woods). Please let us know if you have health related issues and we will find something just right for you!

Items you can donate for the Kids such as Bottled Water, Granola Bars, Fresh Fruit, Canisters of Hot Chocolate, Sandwiches, Hand Warmers, Etc.
