Spring 2012 Green Bean Customer Survey

Your fellow Oxy students that work at the Green Bean are always trying to improve the "Green Bean experience". We brainstorm ideas during our weekly staff meetings and receive casual feedback on a daily basis, but every so often we like to send out a more formal customer satisfaction survey that highlights some issues that we keep hearing about and asks for your thoughts on some potential new ideas. If taken seriously, we could use these survey results to prove significant student support - allowing us to implement major changes, if so desired. Please note that some of our decisions must be approved by administrators and Campus Dining officials.
