This finger-licking good food centers around fresh ginger, garlic, and cumin for its hearty flavor, brought to you by guest chef Marie Mitongo.

Salads:

//Arico Blanche: white beans with olives, red onion, cilantro, and parsley marinated in a homemade vinaigrette.

//Congolese Coleslaw: cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a homemade vinaigrette.

Soups:

//Potage de Beux: carrots, cabbage, onions, and parsley in a roasted beef broth.

//Potage de Legumes: leeks, celery, potatoes, red onions, and anise fennel in a savory vegetable broth.

Entrees:

//Poule a la Mwamba: chicken and veggies simmered in peanut sauce, served with rice.

//Aubergine Stew: eggplant stewed in tomatoes and spices, served with hard-boiled eggs and fried plantains.

//Filet de Tilapia: baked tilapia served with a peppers and onions medley and yuca.

Desserts:

//Beignets Congolaise: sweet African doughnuts.

//Salade de Fruit Tropical: mango, banana, pineapple, and mandarin orange.
