OpenStudy Ambassador Application

NOTE: You MUST send in an approved form of ID or you will not be an ambassador. This ID only goes to the OpenStudy Admin staff and is for identity and age verification. A government ID or School ID is preferred, but you can use other school documents or a birth certificate.

Posting on Facebook is required. We use this as an easy method of confirming that Ambassadors are active. The FB Share button on a question is a quick and easy way to let us know you are out there.

If you are unable or unwilling to do those two things, do not fill out this form.

Read the blog here: http://blog.openstudy.com/2014/01/30/openstudys-diplomatic-corps/ because it talks about the program. Be sure you want to be an Ambassador, a helper, a person that promotes OpenStudy, before you apply. If you are, then fill out this application and send your ID to ambassador.admin@openstudy.com.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

REMEMBER: An approved form of ID is required.

Failure to email ID in a timely manner will result in disqualification. If you are unsure of your ID options, email about that before submitting this form.
