Part 4 9:16Mounts for various parts. You can see job file (DXF) - MechParts v14.01 (dxf) at http://www.lasersaur.com/manual/rev14.01 . Acrylic was used before, but needs explaining as far as how much to tighten - too tight and acrylic will crack. So moved to aluminum. Steel would do it, too - but played it safe on Aluminum in beta. Could use steel.

Part 5 9:47Gas nozzle - threaded so optics components can be put on it. Thread is defined 1.035"-40, 23 mm deep on the nozzle. Nozzle is found in CAD - FreeCAD has it. See Thor Labs for Lens Tube for corresponding threads. $1 in aluminum and 2nd order price increase from machining.
