First pickup for the summer is 6 PM CST from Kansas City International, June 1, 2014. If you are not arriving at this time, tell us any special instructions.
Will you be bringing a car on site?
Extra cars on site allow for more mobility.
If you are driving, can you pick anyone up?
There may be some carpool opportunities. Indicate if you have a carpooling request.
Where are you coming from?
Will you need to travel off site during your stay? What dates?
Some people may be going away for a short time due to prior commitments.
Are there any times that you won't be able to particate during the 9-6 week work days?
Our program has a a 40 hour week schedule, and weekends are off. You can work more, but we want to be careful about people burning out.
What date and time are you leaving? Do you need a ride back?
We want to coordinate travel as much as possible. We can pay people back for gas if they are driving someone else.
Will you be bringing a video camera?
Indicate ways that you will contribute to taking pictures and videos.
Can you bring a laptop? *
A computer is important in a lot of our design and documentation work.
Can you bring protective equipment? *
Work boots, full body work clothes, and eye protection are required in the workshop.

Since we are all going to be eating together on the farm this summer, we wanted to get a sense of what you all can and can't eat, your dietary preferences, and some of the things you love eating. Please take a minute to fill out these last questions so that all of our meals can be delicious and satisfying for everyone.

What gets you going in the morning? What is your afternoon power food? After a long day of hard work, what kinds of food do you like to see on the table?

Keep in mind that meat is often expensive and that by eating less of it, we may be able to buy more of other foods you all enjoy. If you love eating meat and want it every night though, feel free to say so!
