Participant Survey
The Extreme Production Workshop is a highly coordinated and collaborative event. This survey is used to coordinate between the organizers and participants - and participants with one another. Results of survey will be visible to participants only. The program on site starts at 3 PM CST - Friday, April 25, 2014 - at Factor e Farm - 909 SW Willow Rd, Maysville, MO, 64469.

We need your email so we can share the results of this survey with you. You will be able to edit your results as well. Otherwise, we will use Eventbrite for other communications.
Logistics: when and where will you be arriving?
Specify (1) time and date, and (2) location (if airport, state airline), so we know where to pick you up.
Logistics: do you need us to pick you up, or are you driving yourself?

People are arriving from various locations, so it's useful to coordinate.

We have space available on site. We will have fleece blankets and bedding, but if you get cold easily, please bring a sleeping bag.
Can you bring a laptop?
We will be navigating the main design file in FreeCAD. Please install FreeCAD if you are bringing a laptop.
Will you be bringing a tablet or smart phone to assist with documentation?
You will be welcome to upload images and videos. Please download Trovebox app for images and  Dozuki app for making instructinals.
Please check all your relevant skills - check a box if you have done the task and have at least functional proficiency.
This will be used to allocate tasks during the build most effectively - we can change tasks as needed and we will discuss task allocation with the whole group the day before the build.
