PROGRAM DATES:Program will begin on Thursday, May 5, 2016 after school. Practice schedules will be mailed out that first weekend. Typically students will be scheduled for practice 2-3 times per week - more if they have a lead part. During "tech week" - the week of the show - students will need to be available for rehearsal every day. Students who are in band/choir can come to rehearsal at 3:00pm after their practice.Dress Rehearsals: Friday, June 10 (3pm-8pm) and Saturday, June 11 (9am-2pm). On Friday, we will bus students from OLM to EGHS. Parents should pick up their children that evening from EGHS at 8:00pm.Two Shows: Saturday, June 11, 7:00pm, and Sunday, June 12, 4:00pm at EGHS.
REGISTRATION: April 11-14Grades 6, 7, 8: Monday, April 11; Grades 4 & 5: Tuesday, April 12; Grades 2 & 3: Thursday, April 14 if space is available (an announcement will be made Wednesday). Registration forms are filled in online, while checks/head shot photos are to be handed in to homeroom teachers on the registration date for their grade. There is no parking lot registration. Online registration forms can be filled out any time before or on the registration date, but registration will not be considered complete until we receive your check via your child's homeroom teacher on the registration date for their grade (noted above).
FEES: $195 includes Subway dinner; $190 without Subway dinnerProgram fee includes bus transportation for June 10 dress rehearsal. Optional additional $5 fee for Subway dinner for June 10 dress rehearsal - meal choices will be available in June. 1) Please make checks payable to Our Lady of Mercy School (Memo: DRAMA).2) Place check and head shot photo of your child in an envelope marked "DRAMA" with child's name and homeroom. 3) Submit to homeroom teacher on the registration date for their grade (listed above).
