Room Reservations and School Site Meeting Notifications

Submit one form per meeting. If you are submitting repeating meetings, use the comment box provided at the bottom of the form to specify range (i.e. Schedule meeting on 2nd Monday every month through December 2015 starting at 9 am, ending 2 pm). Once you submit your request, you will receive 2 notifications, an email confirming your request and an email confirming dates have been scheduled in the calendar. If you would like an email notification sent to meeting participants, list email addresses separated by commas in the "Additional Comments" box at the bottom of the form. Thank you
