BYOD Staff User Agreement
BYOD: is acronym for Bring Your Own Device. For this agreement the word “device” means a privately owned wireless and/or portable electronic piece of equipment that includes laptops, tablets, IPad, cell phones, eReaders, etc.
Wireless connection to the Internet is done through the district wireless network and does not include access to OGR6 network resources, such as file shares or printers.
Staff wishing to participate must follow the responsibilities stated the Acceptable Use Policy as well as the BYOD guidelines.
•Anyone who wishes to use a personally owned electronic device within the OGR6 district must read and sign this agreement.
•The staff member is fully responsible at all times for the personally owned device brought to school. OGR6 is not liable for any loss/damage/theft of a personally owned device.
•Passwords will be kept secure. If you share any information with students, you will no longer have access to BYOD.
I request access to OGR6 wireless network using my personal device. I understand and will abide by the above policy and guidelines.
