Payment may be made through the following means and at the agreed rate specified for each term, - cash, cheque, or
electronic transfer to the bank account listed below.

The first month of Boot Camp sessions must be paid with-in seven (7) days from initial session.

On-going monthly Boot Camp cycles to be paid with-in first seven (7) days of the calendar month.

Full advance payment of multiple months receives 10% discount off total amount.

Any out-standing fees will attract a late payment fee of 5% added monthly. Any A/P dishonour fees and debt collection fees will be passed on to the client

Early program cancellation for unplanned reasons is negotiable with acceptance from Nigel Burgess, with remaining pre paid training cycle to be forfeited unless for urgent medical or family reasons.

Out-standing concession card sessions will expire after 4 months from purchase date.

Nigel Burgess reserves the right to cancel any or all coaching services with the client, especially due to out-standing debts.

It is your responsibility to attend the number of monthly sessions you have paid for throughout a calendar month. Unused sessions are not carried forward. However, Nigel will do his professional best to support and encourage you to attend the number of monthly sessions agreed upon and reach your goals.

Please inform Nigel Burgess of any planned holidays or periods of non-attendance in advance and monthly fees will be adjusted accordingly to suit you.

There is no contractual on-going obligations except for the month or concession card that you have paid for.
