Class Visits
Are you interested in visiting a class?
As you plan your visit, please be aware that most of our classes are held in the evenings, generally no earlier than 4:55pm. Please proceed to the next question for instructions on how to select a class. If you do not indicate which class you wish to visit, we may select a class for you at our discretion.
Which class would you like to visit?
Please consult the Spring schedule on our website at https://tinyurl.com/spring2017schedule to identify a class you would be interested in visiting. Please take care to select a class that is offered on the day of the week you wish to visit. Please note that certain classes are not open to class visits, such as internship, capstone, etc. and some class sessions may be unavailable due to testing.

Campus Tours
Although the College of Global Public Health does not offer campus tours oriented specifically to public health, NYU offers prospective graduate students the opportunity to take a campus tour geared specifically toward graduate students. These tours are offered most Fridays at 12 noon EST. For more information and to register for a tour, please visit http://tinyurl.com/NYUgradtour. These campus tours will help you learn more about the University and get a glimpse of what life is like for students in NYU graduate and professional programs. The tour includes many facilities that CGPH graduate students utilize, namely Washington Square Park, the Kimmel Student Center, Bobst Library, the Skirball Performing Arts Center, the Global Center for Academic and Spiritual Life (which houses classrooms where some MPH classes may be taught), the NYU Bookstore, and the Silver Center building (where many of the MPH classes are taught).
MPH Student Ambassadors
Prospective students are invited to directly contact a team of MPH Student Ambassadors who are available to answer your questions about their experiences in the MPH program. More information on our student ambassadors, including contact information, is available at http://tinyurl.com/MPHambassadors.
Confirming your visit
We appreciate your interest in visiting CGPH and will respond to your visit request as soon as possible. Generally, we respond within 1-2 business days of submission, but please note that during busy times of year a response may take longer and we appreciate your patience. Please note that while we strive to accommodate your requested date and time, we may instead offer you alternatives depending on the availability of classes and/or admissions staff.
