NYU London/Urbanest Maintenance Request Form

Power failures and water leaks are urgent matters and must be reported to reception immediately. This form should only be used for minor requests such as defective light bulbs, hot and cold temperatures, lost keys etc which are routine maintenance.

Once you submit this form, the details will be forwarded to Urbanest staff where your maintenance request will be scheduled and attended in a timely manner. If your maintenance request has not been attended within 5 working days, please contact the the NYU London Res Life team (london.housing@nyu.edu)
