Community Classroom Space Request Form
In light of ongoing Covid-19 protocols, we will not be accepting requests for classroom spaces until further notice. Requests for formal event spaces through Kimmel and NYU Law are also on pause. Please check back as procedures are subject to change as the University continues to amend its safety guidelines. 

Please fill out the required fields in order to request community classroom space. Please note that classroom spaces can only be booked for the current semester, as availability is subject to the academic calendar. Additionally, classroom spaces cannot be booked within the first two weeks of each semester nor during finals period. Food and beverage are not allowed within classroom spaces, and guests must show photo ID at the front desk.
