Campus Calendar Request
Please follow the steps below to add your event to the campus calendar:
1. Obtain approval for your event from a member of administration (Dr. Kelley, Dr. Grubbs, Dr. Garrett, etc.).
2. Complete the campus calendar request form to secure the appropriate facility.
3. Complete Event Assistance Request Form. Fax a copy to facilities and send a copy to campuscalendar@nobts.edu
4. Coordinate your media needs with Vanee Duare at extension 8572
5. Coordinate any food service needs with Sheila Taylor at extension 8025

***ALL EVENTS MUST BE ADDED TO THE CALENDAR MAINTAINED BY PLC IN ORDER TO OCCUR ON CAMPUS***
Examples of events to be cleared through the master campus event calendar include workshops, conferences, student life activities, division special events, etc.
