Welcome to the New Life 2016 Spring Break Registration Form!

Our trips are primarily organized by New Life Team, with the except of the Soul Journey which is open to anyone who attends New Life Church. For more details on each of the trips available this year, please visit our website: newlifea2.org/sb.

U-M NLT Trips and Soul Journey:
In order to secure your spot on a U-M New Life Team Spring Break trip or Soul Journey. you must both fill out this form and submit a $100 deposit.
**If you are interested in attending Soul Journey in Ann Arbor, you are also required to complete a separate, more detailed application that will be sent to you within a week of submitting this form. Also, please note that the acceptance process for Soul Journey is both on a 'first come, first served' basis and by evaluating each person's application for trip-readiness.

EMU Trip:
In order to secure your spot on the EMU Spring Break trip, you must both fill out this form and submit a $75 deposit.

New Life City:
In order to secure your spot on the NLCity Spring Break Event, you must fill out this form, but no deposit is required.


Trip spaces (except for Soul Journey) will be filled in a standard 'first come first serve' order based on the date we have received BOTH your completed registration form AND your trip deposit.  You can pay for your trip in person at New Life or online at our website: newlifea2.org/sb.
