Application - 2015 Bessie Lab in Composition with Ralph Lemon
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. The workshop runs August 22-26, 2015 at New York Live Arts.
2. Classes are 10am-2:45pm daily with a lunch break between 11:45am-12:45pm.
3. You are responsible for your own housing and food.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

2. We will e-mail you to notify you of acceptance within two weeks of receiving your application submission below.

PAYMENT AND FEES:
1. Tuition is $400.  There are no refunds.
2. There are only 12 spots available in the workshop.  We will fill these spots on a first come first served basis to qualified applicants.  We will e-mail you to notify you of acceptance within two weeks of receiving your application submission below.  Once you agree to participate you will need to provide your credit card information so we can charge the full workshop fee, $400, to a credit card.  You are not guaranteed a place in the workshop until we receive your tuition.
