Application Form for the Bloomberg Businessweek Fellowships for the Sandbox Global Summit
This is the application form for the Bloomberg Businessweek Fellowship. Each fellowship will cover all expenses related to the Summit such as travel, accommodation, ticket, and visa fees. The application is open to all female Sandboxers and aspiring Sandboxers (applicants have to be below 30 years or age) who are developing innovative business models to deliver a positive impact in their communities.

The application deadline is Saturday, December 17, 2011, and the winners will be contacted directly, followed by a public announcement at the beginning of January.
