The NAEYC Accreditation process is designed to be collaborative, with NAEYC Accreditation staff working with programs to discover areas for improvement. As a part of this collaboration, NAEYC is committed to gathering feedback and suggestions on all aspects of the accreditation process. This includes (but is not limited to) the accreditation policies, NAEYC assessors, customer service, truth in advertising, compliments and complaints about programs.
