Normal West High School Instructional Media Center Teacher Survey
The Instructional Media Center is committed to: collaborating with teachers to integrate information literacy skills into instruction, providing educational resources to enhance the curriculum as well as student achievement, and providing students with the physical and intellectual access to the tools and resources that are essential to becoming critical thinkers and life-long learners.

In order to facilitate this process and to satisfy the needs of our students, faculty, and staff, I am kindly asking you to take a few minutes to complete this survey. Thank you for your time, patience, cooperation, and support. I look forward to your feedback!
