I'm an attorney who, in thanks to those men and women in uniform currently serving our country and my family, is willing to represent active duty servicemembers whose rank is E-6 or lower, at one-third my standard billing rate, (or if my standard rate is $150/hr or less, I will bill at $50 per hour)

I understand I am under no obligation to accept a client or matter, and that by putting my name on this list, my name may be given by Legal Salute Ohio to a servicemember who is told the attorney is willing to represent servicemembers at a substantially reduced rate. Legal Salute Ohio will offer no service to me or to the servicemember other than giving my name and contact information to the qualifying servicemember.  

I agree to advise the potential client, who indicates he got my name from Legal Salute Ohio, of my standard billing rate and of the reduced rate I will offer to him.  Such other terms as I deem appropriate will be included in an engagement agreement.  

If I choose, I may indicate in the engagement agreement that the above reduced fee applies only to the first 100 hours of legal time, and thereafter my standard rate, as clearly disclosed in the engagement agreement, will apply.

I carry malpractice insurance with limits of at least $100,000/300,000.

I have not been the subject of any legal or ethical disciplinary actions and am not aware that any might be pending.
