This is a budget for a workshop with four presenters and one coordinator (approx 40 participants). The coordinator role is usually filled by our Executive Director, but if he is unable to attend, someone else will need be hired to take on that role. Of the five staff people in this scenario, four travel by air to get to the event and one travels by car. For this budget, the staff all stay in a hotel and catering is handled by an outside company.
