REQUIREMENTS1. A representative from your organization/group/business is required to attend ONE of the following mandatory food training session in the Memorial Union Building (MUB) Keweenaw Commons. Failure to attend a food training session will result in cancelling your food booth registration.Food training dates:Wednesday, August 9th, @ 5:30 PM Wednesday, August 30th, @ 5:30 PMWednesday, September 6th, @ 5:30 PM
2. A representative from your organization/group/business is required to submit a list of ALL ingredients of the food you'll be serving at the Parade of Nations. Please submit the ingredients list before Saturday, September 6th to Bob Wenc (firstname.lastname@example.org).
3. All food booths are required to have the following items: - Gloves (provided to you if you prepare food in the Michigan Tech kitchens) - Thermometer (provided to you if you prepare food in the Michigan Tech kitchens) - Temporary Food Establishment license may be needed -- attend a Parade of Nations food training session to find out
