MHC Accessibility Barriers Form
Mount Holyoke College is committed to equal access and the civil rights of all of its community, regardless of ability. We strive to remove barriers to our programs wherever they exist through systematic barrier removal and proper and timely maintenance. If you encounter a physical, electronic, or programmatic barrier (such as an inoperative elevator or wheelchair lift, an inaccessible website, a blocked access ramp, or a refusal to implement a reasonable accommodation) please help us identify them so we can remove the barriers as quickly as possible and maintain access for everyone.

If this is an emergency or an immediate need related to campus facilities, or if it poses a hazard to others in the community, please call Facilities Management at 413-538-2012 in addition to completing this form. For after-hours (4:00 PM to 7:00 AM) emergency barriers, please call Campus Police at 413-538-2304.

Please note that this is a barrier reporting form (which can be submitted anonymously). It is NOT a way to request accommodations or register a disability. Request accommodations or registering a disability should by done through Disability Services by calling 413-538-2634 or emailing disability-services@mtholyoke.edu to set up an appointment.
