If a school desires to transfer to another district for a district festival, the following steps must be completed:
1.Contact the District Manager in your district and the district you wish to transfer to, detailing the festival and approximate number of events. Permission must be granted by both District Managers involved.
2.Once permission from both District Managers has been received, please submit the District Event Transfer Form by November 15.
3.Shortly after November 15, the President Elect will review all requests and inform the application of the final decision.
The deadline for district transfer requests is November 15. Your request will be reviewed by Angel Gippert, MSVMA President Elect.
