The Atrium at Harris Place rents spaces on the first floor for special events. Professional catering service is available onsite by East Coast Catering and is coordinated with that entity. There are five distinct spaces available separately or together. These include and accommodate the following number of individuals, depending on set-up:
1. The Atrium Space Itself - Approx. 80 x 20 x 60 ft. Accommodates up to 200.
2. The Conference Room - Approx. 40 x 30 ft. Accommodates up to 100.
3. MS17 Art Project Space - Approx. 40 x 30 ft. Accommodates up to 100.
4. Hispanic Alliance Space - Approx. 30 x 30 ft. Accommodates up to 75.
DEPOSIT: An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the space. The balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
Rental Fee: Price includes rental space. Rental space requests are considered upon receipt of a completed application and availability. Rental fees for all individual spaces is $200 per hour with a two hour rental minimum.
INSURANCE: The Client shall provide proof of liability insurance, a minimum of 30 days prior to the event, in the amount of $1,000,000.00/ $2,000,000.00 for period of use.
CHECKS are to be made out to: Harris Place Partners, MS17 Art Project or Hispanic Alliance depending upon the space used.
