Help us improve Collusion by giving us your feedback!

This feedback form is accessed from the add-on or as a link provided to users as a way to provide their feedback for Collusion. The purpose is to ask users specifically what they think of aspects of the add-on and to help facilitate their responses to get feedback that will help us improve Collusion and get a better understanding of our user's perspective. The survey takes approximately 3-6 minutes to complete.

The feedback form responses will not be published anywhere and will only be used by the internal Collusion team as reference to be considered to help or influence decisions to improve the add-on. These results will not be published to the public and we intend to keep the data until we launch – approximately 30 days.
