Club Year Plan
As a Club Captain your role is to build a Club that is healthy and impactful. We recommend planning around the following areas:
- Member Education.  What are your goals for building a member base that is learning new skills throughout the year?
- Membership Building. What are your goals for growing and maintaining your membership?
- Build The Web. What impact do you want to have on open technologies and the open web this year?

Simple Steps:
1. Start with a Mission Statement (1)
2. Identify specific goals you want to accomplish with your club, this year (2)
