Youth & Scout Registration Form - Fall 2013 and Winter 2013-2014
All programs are outdoors; dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.
Programs are not cancelled due to inclement weather such as wind, rain, cold or heat.
There is no reserved indoor space for Self-Guided Adventures.
Guided Adventures will be moved indoors only in the event of severe weather.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance.
Payment is due two weeks prior to program date. There are no refunds for absent youths.
A minimum of 2 chaperones are required. 4 chaperones are included in the program fee.
1.5 hour Guided Adventure Times:
Monday – Thursday Afternoon: 4:15 – 5:45 pm
Night Spies – Tuesday and Thursday evenings (times vary by month)
Saturday Morning: 9:30 – 11:00 am
Guided Adventure Fees:
Guided Adventure fee is $115 per guide. This includes up to 15 scouts, 4 chaperones and $15 non-refundable registration fee.
Patches are available for purchase at time of registration and cost $4.00 each.
Additional chaperones are $12/person.
Self-Guided Adventure Fees:
Minimum group fee is $105. This includes up to 15 youth, 4 chaperones and a non-refundable $15 registration fee.
Additional youth are $6 each.
Additional chaperones are $12 each.
Patches for backpack programs are available for purchase at the time of registration.
General Arboretum patches are available for purchase at the Arboretum gift shop.
If severe weather conditions are predicted within 24 hours, Self-Guided Adventures may be rescheduled for a
later date in the same season.
