For the first two weeks of the semester, no non-emergency room changes will be processed. You may fill out this form at anytime, but room change meetings do not begin until 2 weeks after the semester begins.
Fill out this form to begin the process of changing your current room. Once you complete this form, your request will be sent to housing officer, Holly Rutter. You may meet with Holly Rutter (or another housing officer) on the next Wednesday that the Office of Residential Life is open between 1:00-3:00 pm in Gay Hall 74 (The Main ORL Office). NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED - come to ORL during this time.
Room changes are first come first serve. If you are not available during this time please email Holly Rutter (
hrutter@morris.umn.edu) to schedule a different time.
At the Wednesday meeting, you will be given a selection of available rooms to which you may move, you will select the room in which you would like to live, you will be given instructions explaining the moving process, you will be given a key, and you will begin the physical process of moving from your former room to your new room.
