Please remember that "Vacation" only applies to Mrs.Stewart, Mrs. Holcomb, Mr. Moorehead, Mr. Webb and Mr. Hatmaker).
If this absence is a partial day enter the estimated times that you will depart and return to the district.
HH:MM - HH:MM Partial absences that include the end of the work day should be recorded as: (departure time)-4:00.
