-A healthy snack will be provided for all participants-Clubs have limited enrollment and are filled on a first come first serve basis. A minimum of 8 students are needed to fill a class and if not met, could be cancelled. -Please provide a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice if your child has one and wishes to participate in another class. This is to help if classes or cancelled or enrollment is filled.
Classes end at 4:45. Parent pick up students will be brought outside the front entrance once ALL classes dismiss. Please drive up and children will load into cars just like regular parent pick up after school to help keep the line moving.
ONLY CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS/BANK CHECKS will be accepted as payment. Any cash will be sent back and your child could loose their spot. They should be made out to Town of Monson Public Schools. No Student will be registered for class until payment is sent into school in an envelope with MADE on it. Discounts: 2 clubs-$5 off, 3 clubs-$10, 4 clubs-$20 discount.

Outdoor Games- Grades 2-4 with Laura Villamaino Join Miss Laura for a fun afternoon playing games and enjoying the outdoors! Some games could include basketball, kickball, soccer, etc.
Sew Cool Sewing Club- Grades 1-4 with Andrea Newland Learn the basics of sewing in this class and make several projects with hand stitching such as stuffed animals and more.
Art is for Everyone-Grades K-4 with Faith Ward Students will work in a variety of mediums utilizing Mixed-Media, Photo Emulsion, Storybook & Poetry Picture Art, to alter family photographs, found images and objects. No experience necessary, only a willingness to try new things and make cool art! Students will create many mini projects to learn techniques and one major project for the last class, which will be an art show for family and friends. $20 MATERIAL FEE
Storytelling isn't lying, if it's for a show!-Open to students in grades K-4 with Faith Ward. Participants will work together, utilizing all the things they have learned, to create a theatrical production for family and friends on the last day of class. Participants will learn such skills as, improvisation, storytelling, props making & using, Costumes, Character Building, etc. $10 MATERIAL FEE
Passport Adventure- Open to students in Grades 2-4 with Beverly Almeida. Grab your passport! Travel with us on our Global Journey as we visit and celebrate different countries, cultures, festivals, languages and art. We will explore through song, dance, food and more. Some countries we will visit are France, Vietnam and Brazil. $5 MATERIAL FEE **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 7 WEEK CLASS, NO CLASS ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 5. CLASS WILL START THE FOLLOWING WEEK OF APRIL 12.
All About Me-Open to students in Grades 2-4 with Jessica Lister. Who are YOU? We will have fun learning about ourselves! We will take an easy personality quiz, discuss why we do or do not look like our family members and will share our hobbies and interests by making a "Me" collage. We will also keep a "Gratitude Journal" to record all that is good about and around us. $5 MATERIAL FEE
Super Hero Club-Grades 2-4 with Robert Bartolomei. $10 Students will work on and design super heroes and their histories and story. A comic book will be made as well as a 3-D character of their super hero.$10 MATERIAL FEE
Drawing and Painting-Grades K-4 with Andrea Newland This class is for students who are interested in developing their drawing and painting skills. Using pencil, ink, watercolor and acrylic paint each class will explore a different topic such as drawing from life or your imagination. Please come with an open mind to try new things! $10 MATERIAL FEE **PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON THURSDAY MAY 11.
Novelty Seeking Club-Open to grades 3 &4- Join Jonathan Carbonneau. This program is intended for students who want to both try new things and share their favorite interests. As a group we will share our interests and each week explore a new activity so that we can all try something we normally wouldn't. Activities can take place both indoors and outdoors and can include things such as sports, exploration, board, card and computer games, movies, science projects, and virtually anything else you may be interested in. The main goal is having fun together and gaining new experiences. $5 MATERIAL FEE
Yoga - Join Miss Audra for a relaxing and rewarding afternoon learning to calm our minds. Yoga, mediation, breathing exercises, therapeutic coloring and crafts will be included.$10 MATERIAL FEE.
