WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will begin by providing some basic information about yourself. Then you will be required to respond to a few statements. There are no right or wrong answers to any of the items and this test is in no way a test of your intelligence. Please be as truthful as possible. We anticipate that the entire questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete.
RISKS: There are NO anticipated risks with participating in this study.
