1 - 199 hours - $25/hr ($20/hr for MYV faculty)
200+ hours - $22/hr

400sf of practice space in a high traffic location downtown
Room capacity for 18 students plus 1 teacher mat
Room includes one sound doc (must request from front desk and return to front desk after class is over. If not returned, the cost of the sound doc will be billed to your credit card at $175), 18 blocks, 18 straps and clock.
Access to the temperature in the room, which means you can turn the heat up for a warmer class, or lower the heat down for a room temperature class.
Change room facilities which includes showers, vanity and toilets
Room and facilities cleaned daily
Friendly receptionists will welcome and greet guests
Community and tea area
Awesome yoga studio with large student base as an environment
Studio will share your event on facebook (facilitator must create event and share it with Darci Nyal)

Promotional materials using Moksha name and logo must be approved by Moksha Directors
Renters are responsible for any damage or property that goes missing related to their room rental. Room must be left in shape as found.
Rentals to take place during studio hours unless otherwise arranged.
Renters are to be responsible for their students; they are to ensure that their students are aware that they are not to take classes at the studio unless they are signed into the class at reception.
All participants must sign a copy of your own waiver.
It must be clear in all communication and promotional material that Moksha is not associated with the event renters are hosting at Moksha.
All teachers must have up-to-date insurance, and must provide it upon booking of the facility.
Access to bolsters, zafus and zabutons are yours to borrow provided that they are not needed for Moksha specific classes.

Provide sales processing for renter guests.
Store materials or equipment at studio unless arranged with Directors. We are pleased to rent you mats or towels should you need them.
Access to Moksha waivers at the front desk.

We do not provide refunds on Moon Room Bookings. If you provide a minimum of 1 week notification that you are changing the date of your booking, we can move the date for you free of charge.

Do you require access to any additional props that the studio has such as the bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets and zabutons? We are happy to lend out these additional props provided they do not overlap with another class that requires them (example yin). Please double check the online schedule to make sure that what you have planned doesn't overlap with Yin or other workshops posted on our website. If so, please adjust your request booking above or bring your own props. *
