Please Note the Following:
There is a $50 table fee (per table).
We will hold your space for one week from the date of form submission until we receive your check, payable to- Mogadore Alumni Foundation.
All table fees are due by Friday September 20, 2013 and are non-refundable.
* You need to bring the following:
1. Table Cover(s)
2. Raffle item with $25 value (basket, craft item, gift card, etc.)
* Lunch will be available for purchase.
* Setup time is September 28th from 8:00 to 10:00 AM.
* Please pull up to front door entrance to unload, then park your car, in for the day, in the Omnova lot across the street. Student helpers will be present to assist you with unloading.
