Fix-It Opportunities

The Preservation Alliance of Minnesota recently launched its real estate program, Fix-It.

It is our hope that this program will expand development and strengthen communities through our more direct involvement in real estate issues bringing about a more positive preservation outcome.

We have a number of tools at our disposal that can help achieve these goals for properties both big and small. They include facade easements, property donation, and marketing of historic properties.

We're always interested in hearing about properties that might be in need of a preservation solution and thank you for keeping us informed about what is going on in your community.

    Property Information

Please tell us all you know about the property. Every little bit of information helps us determine what tools we might be able to bring to the table. We also ask that you send any photos of the property that you might have to Anne at aketz@mnpreservation.org. When you send this email please put the property address in the subject line.
