Presentations for concurrent sessions should be 50 minutes in length. Presentations may be made by a single presenter or multiple presenters. All proposals will be evaluated on the degree to which the presentation addresses critical issues or cutting-edge ideas, instructional strategies or techniques, new technologies, or learning styles. Consideration will also be given to the way in which the proposal relates to the conference theme.
There are two session types:
1. Presentation: This is a traditional presentation session.
2. Workshop/Demonstration: This session may involve attendee participation in or demonstration of software, hardware, teaching techniques, or other topics related to the conference theme.
Use this form to submit your proposal. Presenters with accepted session proposals will need to register for the conference. Pre-registration for the conference is available below. By completing the pre-registration, you will be notified via email when the official conference registration opens.
Completed proposals should be submitted on or before August 1, 2016. Submissions will be acknowledged with a return e-mail within 72 hours of receipt. Information on proposal selection will be sent to the lead presenter via e-mail on or before August 10, 2016.
