Creativity & Innovation - Student Artwork Submission Form
Requirements and Specifications

Participants are permitted to submit up to three (3) works for the juried process in developing the final selection of creative and innovative objects to be displayed in the exhibition. The exhibition will be on display at the Miami University Art Museum January 26-May 14, 2016.

This completed Submission Form, via Google Docs, must be submitted no later than Friday, October 16, 2015. Be sure to note any specific installation information in the "Additional Information" field, such as proximity to electrical outlet, pedestal/display case, etc. Images must be sent separately via Dropbox. Upon receipt of your submission form, You will receive an invitation to upload your images via Dropbox.

Digital images of your submitted works for the selection process should be at least 4x6, but no larger than 8x10 inches, and 300 dpi. Images must be submitted as jpeg files. For video and audio files, please submit the highest audio and video quality.

Participants will be notified by Friday, October 30, 2015. The jury-selected works must be delivered to the Miami University Art Museum no later than Friday, November 13, 2015. All A/V, computers and any other electronic equipment required for installation of artwork is the responsibility of the creator. Framing or specialized mounts needed for display of work is the responsibility of the creator. All works must be ready to hang with appropriate wire or other hanging hardware.
