GETTING STARTED - How to provide care?

JOIN AS CARE PROVIDER: Start by creating your listing. It’s like a profile page for your care skills and capabilities. What’s in a listing? You’ll fill out a description, take and upload photos, and add your consultation price. Your listing helps guests get a sense if you are a trusted care provider. Keep in mind that your practice number is a critical verification element. Once the care provider availability is set and details of your listing too. Care seekers, relatives, family members and other care providers can book but the main care provider controls calendar and settings.
Care seekers find your listing and book. You’ll get a reservation confirmation and a message from your guest.
How do patients pay : MEDxCare handles all of the payments done online — you will only have to deal directly with money when the appointment is made with a Cash option. Patients get charged before they arrive. Please make sure to check which type of payment has been selected by the patient.

How to Create a MEDx Account - In case you don't have a account, you can create one in a few steps: Go to If you see the JOIN AS Care Seeker or JOIN AS Care Provider button, fill out your name, email address or mobile phone number, password, date of birth and gender. To finish creating your account, you'll need to confirm your email. If you already have a account, you can log into your account by entering your email and password and clicking.
How do I finish creating my account and confirm my email?

Confirming your email helps us know we're sending your account info to the right place.

Why am I being asked to add my phone number to my account?

If you see a number suggested for you when we ask you to add your phone number, it will only be added to your account if you choose to confirm and verify it."
"I can't find my MEDx.Care signup confirmation email."
"If you created a MEDx.Care account with an email, we sent a confirmation link to that email. If you can't find your confirmation email:
Check your junk mail folder. If you're using Gmail, check your Social emails.
Make sure that you entered the correct email. If you entered the wrong email, you can change it and send the email again."
Why did I get a confirmation email from MEDx.Care ?
"When you create a MEDx.Care account or add a new email to your existing account, we'll send you an email. To confirm that you own this email, click on the link in the confirmation email."

"If you know your current password, you can change it. When you create a new password, make sure it's 6 characters long and use a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters and punctuation marks to make it strong. Avoid including your name or common words. Your password should be difficult to guess.

"We don't currently offer a way to merge two accounts"
"How can I make my MEDx.Care password strong?"
"When you create a new password, make sure that it's at least 6 characters long. Try to use a complex combination of numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
If you see a message letting you know the password you entered isn't strong enough, try mixing together uppercase and lowercase letters. You can also make the password more complex by making it longer with a phrase or series of words that you can easily remember, but no one else knows.
Keep in mind that your MEDx.Care password should also be different than the passwords you use to log into other accounts, like your email or bank account."
Can you send me a copy of my password without resetting it?
"We can't send you a copy of your password without resetting it. If you're having trouble remembering your password, you can change it.

How do I add or change my profile picture?
"To add a profile picture or change your current profile picture:
Go to your profile and hover over your profile picture.
Click Update Profile Picture.
You can:
Upload a photo from your computer.
Take a new photo.
Select a photo you've already uploaded or one you're tagged in.
Crop your photo and click Crop and Save. If you don't want to crop your photo, click Skip Cropping in the bottom left, then click Save.
Your current profile picture is always public.
Note: Your profile picture must be at least 180 pixels wide."

How do reviews work?
After a consultation, the patient or family member will get a copy of the medical record. The patient copy only will have a 5 stethoscopes to rate the consultation and a box to add comment.
How Long does a patient have to write a review after a consultation ended?
