GETTING STARTED - How to get Care?
KEEP YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS or your FAMILY MEDICAL RECORDS: allows you to store as patient (Your family) a copy of your/their medical record through pictures. You just need to make a scan or a picture of your paper medical record and then enclose it on a manage consultation or by entering daily on capture your symptoms.
BOOK: Booking a care provider is a simple 3 steps process where after searching for the right care provider; you just need to click on make an appointment. Fill in all necessary information (Also your choice of care delivery if remote or on site) and you can now pay or ask a family member to fund the booking on your behalf.
GET CONSULTED : There are 2 ways to get consulted, are you travelling to the doctor office or will you use your computer to start a video consultation with the care provider.
HOW TO CREATE A MEDX.CARE ACCOUNT? In case you don't have a account, you can create one in a few steps:

If you see the JOIN AS Care Seeker or JOIN AS Care Provider button, fill out your name, email address or mobile phone number, password, date of birth and gender.
To finish creating your account, you'll need to confirm your email.
If you already have a account, you can log into your account by entering your email and password and clicking.
How do I finish creating my account and confirm my email?
"To finish creating an account, you need to confirm that you own the email that you used to create the account:

To confirm your email, click or tap the link in the email you got when you created the account. Can't find the email?

Confirming your email helps us know we're sending your account info to the right place.

Note: Please confirm your email as soon as possible. You may not be able to use your account until you confirm your email.

Why am I being asked to add my phone number to my account?
Adding a phone number to your account:

Helps keep your account secure

Makes it easier to connect with friends and family for healthcare relatives management

Makes it easier to regain access to your account if you have trouble logging in

If you see a number suggested for you when we ask you to add your phone number, it will only be added to your account if you choose to confirm and verify it.

I can't find my MEDx.Care signup confirmation email.
If you created a MEDx.Care account with an email, we sent a confirmation link to that email. If you can't find your confirmation email:

Check your junk mail folder. If you're using Gmail, check your Social emails.

Make sure that you entered the correct email. If you entered the wrong email, you can change it and send the email again.

LOGIN & PASSWORD : "If you know your current password, you can change it. When you create a new password, make sure it's 6 characters long and use a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters and punctuation marks to make it strong. Avoid including your name or common words. Your password should be difficult to guess.

Log Into Your Account : "
Make sure no one else is logged into MEDx.Care on your computer
To log someone else out, click at the top right of your MEDx.Care homepage and select Log Out
Go to the top of and enter one of the following:
Email address: You can log in with any email address that's listed on your MEDx.Care account
Username: You can also log in with your username
Phone number: If you have a mobile phone number confirmed on your account you can enter it here (skip the zeros before the country code and any symbols)
Enter your password
Click Log In"

How do I log out of MEDx.Care ? "To log out of MEDx.Care : Click at the bottom left of any MEDx.Care page Select Log Out"

I don't know if I still have a MEDx.Care account: "If an account you created is still on MEDx.Care , we can help you find it. You'll need to know an email address, a phone number, or the username associated with your account.
If you're still having trouble finding your account, a friend may be able to help you.
Note: once you find the account, you can reset your password. You can then continue using your account"

I have two accounts. Can I merge them? We don't currently offer a way to merge two accounts.

"How can I make my MEDx.Care password strong? "When you create a new password, make sure that it's at least 6 characters long. Try to use a complex combination of numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
If you see a message letting you know the password you entered isn't strong enough, try mixing together uppercase and lowercase letters. You can also make the password more complex by making it longer with a phrase or series of words that you can easily remember, but no one else knows.
Keep in mind that your MEDx.Care password should also be different than the passwords you use to log into other accounts, like your email or bank account."

Can you send me a copy of my password without resetting it? "
We can't send you a copy of your password without resetting it. If you're having trouble remembering your password, you can change it.
Note: if you're already logged in, you can change your password from your settings."

"Login Help - I can't log in." "If you're having trouble logging into your MEDx.Care account here are a few things to try:
Reset your password"

I'm not receiving the email to reset my password. "
If you requested a new password but didn't receive your password-reset email:
Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email accounts linked to your MEDx.Care account. .
Check the mobile numbers connected to your MEDx.Care account.
Try to reset your password again."

"Notifications" Notifications are updates about activity on MEDx.Care .

Does MEDx.Care sell my information? "No, we don't sell any of your information to anyone and we never will.
You have control over how your information is shared. To learn more about the controls you have, visit Privacy Basics."

How do I add or change my profile picture? "

To add a profile picture or change your current profile picture:
Go to your profile and hover over your profile picture.
Click Update Profile Picture.
You can:
Upload a photo from your computer.
Take a new photo.
Select a photo you've already uploaded or one you're tagged in.
Crop your photo and click Crop and Save. If you don't want to crop your photo, click Skip Cropping in the bottom left, then click Save.
Your current profile picture is always public.
Note: Your profile picture must be at least 180 pixels wide."

My 3 years medical records : In order to allow everyone not having a past record to store their past record; it is advised to build your last 3 years medical record.

The Care seeker Dashboard - I can see all my and family activities in a screen
Booking an appointment - By choosing a provider and clicking on make an appointment
Filling in the consultation rating & Review - As a patient you can also do it
Sharing medical records before the appointments - with anyone you want to have a view on your healthcare condition in a secure way
Make sure to have MEDx.Care balance available
Remote consultation
You can book remote consultation if you can’t get to the care provider office
Only Desktop available remote consultation
Prepare a good internet and your webcam before remote consultation and only works on desktop for now
Why did I get a confirmation email from MEDx.Care ?
When you create a MEDx.Care account or add a new email to your existing account, we'll send you an email. To confirm that you own this email, click on the link in the confirmation email.
How do reviews work?
After a consultation, the patient or family member will get a copy of the medical record. The patient copy only will have a 5 stethoscopes to rate the consultation and a box to add comment.

How Long do i have to write a review after a consultation ended? It will always be available for editing

Can i edit a review i wrote? Yes, you can change the text and rating anytime

Can i delete or reply to a review i disagree? No

Can i leave a review for a care provider that cancelled the appointment? At moment not yet
