This is an agreement between Maine College of Art and patron (YOU).    By this agreement, you allow the Maine College of Art  to use, display, or publish the edited images produced by Maine College of Art  Photobooth in the following manner:   - Commercial, educational, or editorial projects involving advertising, print media, web site publication, or broadcast as chosen by the licensee.   This usage of images includes:   - Billboards, printed media larger than magazine standards - Distribution or reproduction of images in any saleable manner including but not limited to textiles, clothing, and merchandise.  - Downloadable high-resolution (above 72dpi) images - Other uses seen fit for purposes of marketing and distribution. Maine College of Art agrees to credit (name)___________________
in a reasonable manner, or as seen fit, whenever the image is printed or displayed. Your signature ensures you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

I agree to drop off my artwork 10-15 minutes before my scheduled time slot, and pick them up that same day, at the end of my scheduled time slot. Photobooth is not responsible for lost/damaged items due to pickup/dropoff lateness.
