The purpose of this form is for MDUSD teachers, administrators and support staff to request Ed Tech support from the MDUSD Ed Tech team.NOTE: If you need help with your internet connections, wireless, computers, laptops or other devise let your office manager know so they can put a work order in with our TIS department. Additionally, help with iReady, EADMS and Aeries are handled through other departments. Check with your principal for the appropriate contact.
