Revolution 2.0 Project Request Form
In an effort to give back to the McGregor community, McGregor High School will have a day of community service on Friday, May 19, 2017. Our goal is to promote love, kindness, and joy in memory of our friend, Rhett Hering. We look forward to partnering with you in The Revolution 2.0.

Washing Windows (Cleaning supplies must be provided by resident)
Ground level of trimming of trees (participants will not be allowed to leave ground to do trimming)

Painting (supplies must be provided by resident)

AGREEMENT: I understand the REVOLUTION 2.0 is a one-day volunteer service project occurring on May 19, 2017. The Revolution is expected to last no more than 5 hours, and due to these time constraints, the requested project may not be finished. In case of inclement weather on the day of the REVOLUTION 2.0, I understand that the completion of the requested project cannot be guaranteed. If painting is requested, I understand the volunteers will not provide paint, and the participants are not expected to scrape and paint the day of the REVOLUTION 2.0. I understand that the McGregor High School reserves all rights to terminate any project at any time for any reason without prior notice. The organizers of the REVOLUTION 2.0 and McGregor ISD are not responsible for any damages caused by volunteers. Participants shall protect, hold harmless, and indemnify the REVOLUTION 2.0 organizers and McGregor ISD against all liabilities, claims, suits, or demands for injuries or damages to any person and/or property growing out of his/her participation in the REVOLUTION 2.0, including acts or omissions constituting negligence by the REVOLUTION 2.0 organizers, McGregor ISD or individual volunteers. I certify that I am the owner or have obtained approval from the owner of the project site concerning the above requested improvements. I understand this is only a project request, and all project requests must be approved by the REVOLUTION 2.0 organizers. Upon approval, I will be contacted by REVOLUTION 2.0 to schedule a meeting time for project approval.
