Library is staffed during regular operating hours. PLEASE NOTE that the Library staff are not responsible for seating, equipment, clean-up, or securing the building. Please contact the appropriate department for assistance.
The Space is NOT reservable during regular hours the week prior to semester mid-terms or finals unless otherwise approved by Library Director. Reservations must be requested 5 days before event; cancellations must be made 24 hours before event. Please note that the President, Academic Affairs and Faculty events will take priority.
PLEASE RETURN THE SPACE TO ITS ORIGINAL SET UP AND POWER DOWN ALL EQUIPMENT WHEN FINISHED. Contact the appropriate department if you need assistance.
Library staff will reply within 24 hours (during normal business hours) with an approval and confirmation email.
